As Marketing Manager in Nord-Lock Group, you are responsible of continuously building the strong and profitable brand Nord-Lock even stronger.
You develop the strategies, the creative campaigns and the market plan. You oversee the implementation in the different regions to grow brand demand and increase market share for Nord-Lock products. You operate in a key role and work cross functional through the organization together with your colleagues in the global marketing team.
This position is placed at Nord-Lock Groups head office in Malmö.

Nord-Lock Group manufactures and promotes unique solutions for securing and optimizing bolted joints. Our expanding sales organization is represented in over 25 subsidiary sales offices located in Europe, US and Asia. Furthermore; we have a worldwide distribution network through sales partners. The Nord-Lock Group is wholly owned by Investment AB Latour, a company listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.

<b>More about the position</b>
Examples of responsibilities:
• Develop Brand Strategy and Yearly Marketing Plan for the Nord-Lock Division.
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Nord-Lock products in the market and the different regions.
• Communicate the value proposition of the products to the regional sales and marketing teams and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the Nord-Lock products.
• Support product launches and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
You will work with analysis, you will lead brand initiatives and develop strategies.
You work in team with the three other Marketing Managers, the global Regional Managers, the Development Team and Production Manager.
<b>About you</b>
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and maybe an engineering or technical background. You are an experienced Brand/ Marketing Manager, probably in an international B2B company.
Your English is excellent both written and spoken. Preferably you also speak Swedish.
You can be away from home travelling 3-5 days per month.
You are experienced in Microsoft programs and PC environment.
To enjoy this position, you have a technical interest and you are passionate about building brands. You are a strategic, creative and analytical professional who wants to take fully responsibility for you brand.
You have a great interest in working in collaboration with colleagues from different countries and positions. In the future, they will describe you as a person who contributes with your experience, creative mind, communication skills and energy.
