As the Marketing Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for marketing reporting processes and tools as well as generating actionable insights to drive decisions. As out go to team member for all things marketing analytics, you will be fluent in both online and offline marketing metrics and will be able to explain complex data stories in a compelling and engaging way. You will be able to analyse our marketing data, track KPIs, and provide optimisation recommendations on both macro and micro levels.
What you will be doing
• Monitor and analyse marketing data daily
• Track KPIsand suggest action on observed trends
• Evaluate campaigns and channel strategy to continuously learn and optimise activities to increase conversion, engagement and revenue.
What you'll bring to the team
• 3-5 years in growth and data with marketing analytics experience being a strong plus
• Deep understanding of data selection and analysis
• Experience working with large datasets (using SQL and/or other programming language)
• Experience using data visualisation to create compelling data stories.
