The Program
At Essity, we see graduates as playing a central role in challenging the status quo, driving change, and making a positive impact on the business along with hygiene and health globally. A career in Essity is about being inspired, challenging yourself and others, and being motivated to achieve your goals and try new things.
Selected candidates will participate in a two-year Graduate On-boarding (GO!) Program within the Essity organization, starting in the autumn, 2018. The GO! Program provides a real job with a real development plan to give you a strong foundation to drive your development and career within Essity.
The Onboarding Program is based on relevant tasks, clear responsibilities and specific learning goals. This will provide participants with a deep understanding of the Essity global organization, technical knowledge, processes and tools, while simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business.
Focus Areas
You will be part of the Nordic Consumer Marketing department, where the atmosphere is inspiring and full of energy. During the year you will get a lot of knowledge about the Essity Nordics Brands, markets and you will be working with the total Marketing toolbox.
Key focus areas will initially be:
Support and coordinate agreed marketing activities, such as launch plans, events or communication activities
Drive and coordinate regional shopper and trade activities (e.g. activations campaigns)
Collect and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brands/markets
Your Profile
We find the GO! Program is a great way to start to use those skills you have learned and put them to the test in a real job with real responsibility, while you take the driver's seat in your development.
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships are an advantage
Obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent achieved no later than 18 months ago will be a prerequisite
Excellent level of English is required, an additional language, it is always a plus
Availability for traveling and relocating may be required
Enthusiastic, passionate and curious person who demonstrate the ability to be team-players who can contribute to our ongoing success
