About the Role
Kisi is looking for a Marketing Director to support our ambitious targets by generating demand for our product and growing Kisi's brand as a company. You will lead a variety of marketing activities transitioning from our current content marketing and SEO focus towards a more go-to-market focused mindset. We are looking for someone that will be able to shape our marketing roadmap and execute on it, both directly and by overseeing the work of your team.
This role can be fully remote or based in our Stockholm or Brooklyn offices.
Responsibilities:
Define the marketing roadmap with a focus on generating demand and building a strong sales pipeline.
Create awareness for the Kisi's brand through a variety of digital channels: including our website, PR actions, social media, community building and more.
Execute our GTM strategy for product launches, tech partnerships and more.
Own our content strategy as well as other lead acquisition channels.
Continue to refine our product positioning and ensure our value proposition is effectively communicated to our target audience.
Own marketing reporting and attribution, and be able to analyze marketing's impact on the company goals.
Requirements:
5+ years of digital marketing experience (ideally at a B2B/SaaS startup or scaleup).
Ability to effectively lead a team and shape the marketing roadmap, while also being a strong individual contributor.
Analytical and data driven: you know where to get data from, what conclusions to draw and how to execute based on that.
Strong understanding of how content impacts different aspects of the user journey, from acquisition to retention.
Multi-channel experience: you've worked with organic channels, paid media, partnerships and product marketing and are an expert in at least one of those areas.
Experience with Hubspot (or similar CRM tools) as well as other analytics and reporting tools.
You are familiar with OKRs or similar target-setting frameworks, you are a great communicator and well organized in the way you work.
