Tetra Pak Marketing Communications drive communications strategies and activities to positioning and promoting Tetra Pak's market offer and supporting effective launches.
As a Marketing Communications Manager you drive all communications activates related to your products. To achieve success you have a broad and international network and work cross borders.
Main responsibilities
• Defining and implementing a product communications strategy and actions that support the effective positioning, promotion and deployment of the products, coordinating and supporting these activities at both the corporate and Market Company levels
• Providing counsel and guidance to the product management team when required on products and portfolio communications-related matters, supporting them in defining key areas of focus and best selection of channels
• Driving Marketing Communications best-in-class discipline in terms of optimisation of channels (digital, PR, Social Media) and ROI
• Working closely with cluster teams to support the promotion of products
• When necessary, assessing the need and defining the scope of external resources, and effectively and efficiently managing this resource
• Being an active member of the Marketing Communications team, helping to build a united and highly professional function, and engaging fully in reaching goals and raising standards
Description
To be successful in this position you need to have great networking skills and an ability to work across borders. You need to have a strong personal drive and push yourself and others to meet deadlines.
You are good at building effective relationships with others and have the ability to adjust to the situation.
You are also business minded and are able to use you analytical skills and contribute to anticipate future needs.
You have a University degree within Marketing or Communications is required combined with a minimum 7 years of solid experience and a proven track record of success in marketing communications within a global, B2B and/or B2C organization. An excellent command of English, both written and oral is required.
