The Patient and Post-Acute Care business category unit (BCU) provides healthcare solutions for people affected by reduced mobility. This BCU is responsible for a portfolio with current annual turnover exceeding 7 Billion SEK.
The position
In this position you will be part of the Customer Experience Management team within the Patient and Post-Acute Care (PPAC) business category. You will be overall responsible for developing and maintaining product and solution documentation both for new products (in the pipeline) and for the existing in-market portfolio. In this respect you will be the main interface to our quality and regulatory departments and will be instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance of the product category. In addition, the position includes working with the marketing communications team and Product Managers to deliver on projects supporting new product launches and lifecycle management.
Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Secure that the suite of product documentation is continuously up-to-date and thereby ensuring continuous regulatory compliance
• Supporting product development projects (both new-developments and updates / changes to in-market products) in relation to product marketing documentation
• Supporting the implementation of a Digital Asset Management system
• Supporting other marketing managers on project basis with marketing projects across the category
The position is ideally based in Malmö Sweden but for the right candidate can also be based in San Antonio, TX or Houghton Regis, UK. Since you will have a global scope, you should expect international travel, average up to 10 - 20% on an annual basis.
The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have experience with marketing and product documentation in the Medtech industry or other regulated industries. You have worked extensively with an archival function and are able to manage a system of records effectively.
Some of your key characteristics include:
• Solid experience from a similar role managing product documentation in a global regulated company
• Experience in handling legal requirements and trademark policy in documentation
• Able to understand multiple stakeholder perspectives, from clinical and caregiver perspective to health-economics and scientific stakeholders
• Experience communicator who has the ability to structure materials in a way that delivers compliance messages clearly but in a compelling and relevant way
• Solid experience in managing image bank assets
• Experience with Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat
• Experience as copywriter is an advantage
• Experience with a range of supporting technology tools such as Episerver, Hubspot Salesforce.com, social media platforms, Google Analytics is an advantage
