At Stena Line we want our customers to know how important they are to us, without them we would not be the company we are today. Now our Head of Retention & Omni Channel is looking to strengthen his team with a Marketing Analysis Manager to even better be able to analyze and identifying clusters of consumers and gathering data to develop revenue and maximize Lifetime value of our existing customers.
What you'll do:
As Marketing Analysis Manager you will own and lead our Big Data analyzing in finding potential segments and cluster of customer behavior, so we can identify tactics how to engage them and increase their Life time value. Another crucial part is to identify local tactics and outstanding performance initiatives which we can spread across other markets. We will also count on you on leading change and: ?
• Be the key stakeholder in Big data utilizations and data scientist demands ?
• Analyze touch point development across the board to maximize in data ?
• Own and drive development of Big data analysis customer segment tools within Stena Line and report key metrics to Retention & Omni Channel Group ?
• Drive transformation so we get the latest findings in big data development, so we can atomize proven theories ?
• Be a number cruncher for our Loyalty, and CRM managers to help them develop and keep transformations ongoing ?
• Lead and inspire by coaching & supporting our local markets within CRM Lead & retention in reaching their respective targets and KPI focus
Who you are:
You need international experience in digital customer business development, advanced analytics big data skills, preferably with a retail or travel industry background. Strategic customer insight and concept management on the highest level. 100 percent focused on sales and numbers. We take for granted you will be a great ambassador and advocate for our Pluto Marketing & CRM marketing automations outside Stena Line to build brand recognition.
