ACCELERATING GROWTH Today COWI experiences an increased demand for its services and delivers substantial results. This strengthened position in the market brings a continuous flow of new extensive and challenging projects. COWI Mapping is an international business priority (IBP) with COWI, and our team our staff consist of project managers, geospatial experts, production and quality staff around the world. With our large data capture and processing capacity, we participate as lead partner in many of the largest mapping projects globally. We generate value for our customers as the go-to experts for geospatial information and analysis. STRONG BUSINESS SKILLS As a Market Manager, you will play an important part in building a strong market position in Sweden for all our services by locating, developing, negotiating, and closing business relationships and opportunities. You will also be responsible for screening and constantly having an overview of the Swedish tender market for Mapping, Surveying, Infrastructure inspection and related services. In addition, you will take part in the international business development process with focus on Sweden-based consulting and engineering companies and supporting the internal team for marketing and business intelligence targets. Finally, even though you will be surrounded by international environment and take a dynamic role, you will be part of the COWI Geoservices department based in Denmark, but as Market Manager, you will be located in Sweden. KvalifikationerYOUR PROFFESSIONAL BACKGROUND . You have 3-5 years of relevant sales or marketing experience . You are capable to develop business models and value propositions . You have established network preferably across governmental entities and large private businesses . You hold strong GIS, CRM and Microsoft Office skills . You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Geosciences preferred (additional business degree is of value) . You have professional knowledge built on an understanding of the theoretical concepts, including the underlying principles and their context . You are fluent in English and Swedish both orally and in writing. PERSONAL SKILLS . You are a team player who is able to motivate people to work together towards common goals . You are mobile and willing to travel often also at short notice . You hold strong prospecting, sales planning and presentation skills . You have the ability to filter information flows and identify the important messages for communication . You have a commercial approach and a high energy level . You are a good networker
