Role summary
As Manufacturing Internal Communications Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a communication strategy that strengthens engagement and understanding of our priorities, changes, and initiatives within manufacturing at our factory in Kungälv. You will be present on-site, actively engaging with employees on the shop floor and leadership teams to ensure communication flows effectively across all levels. The role also includes supporting visits, preparing presentations, and organizing internal events.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a master communication plan for the site
Plan and execute internal campaigns, newsletters, and digital communication initiatives
Create presentations and materials for meetings, onboarding, and factory visits
Support internal events such as town halls, meet & chats, and social activities
Analyze and improve communication channels and visual mapping
Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders across Manufacturing, EHS, Quality, and People & Culture
Contribute to Open+ initiatives and strategies to eliminate losses in manufacturing
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
A degree in Communication, Media, or Marketing
At least 3 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Fluency in Swedish & English
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and build relationships at all levels of the organization
Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and other digital tools.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kungälv with some flexibility. You will report to the Open+ Activation Manager. We review applications on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the deadline. The deadline for applications is January 11th.
