LeanNova Engineering is a newly established engineering service company situated in Trollhättan, Sweden,created by former engineers from Saab Automobile AB. Together with our main investor Fouriertransform AB, we are developing the company to compete internationally, mainly focusing on the automotive industry. We offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles. We have since the start-up in February 2012 employed more than 80 former Saab engineers with an average working experience of 15 years and we will continue to grow rapidly.
Position description
We are looking for a project Leader/manufacturing Engineer for our costumer.
Evaluation and prediction of product designs, and development of layout, is one of the three phases in Manufacturing Engineering. Procurement and development of equipment and dies, is the second. The third phase includes installation of start-up equipment prior production.
Knowledge in simulation is beneficial, since both evaluation and prediction is executed with help of calculation softwares.
Your main focus in this position will be handling questions during movement of equipment in press and body-shop area. Conduct and perform time and cost analysis on product and process changes.
Skills & Requirements
• Engineering Degree
• +5yrs Experience working within an OEM
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Competent technical knowledge and experience from project leadership or program execution
• Positive "Can-do" attitude
• Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to navigate complex issues.
