Our client is a leading international industry group within manufacturing. For its operation in Sweden they are now looking for a highly business- and result oriented Managing Director.
The management team reporting to the Managing Director consists of marketing, sales, development, finance and production. The MD reports to the European director. The majority of the clients are listed on the A1 Stockholm stock market.
This is a position for a person who wants to have full mandate and autonomy to develop a successful operation with massive potential, where the culture is characterised by entrepreneurship and a strong focus on results and action.
The position is located in the middle region of Sweden. Since the company is confidential we can't reveal the exact location. The MD has full profit and loss responsibility and will execute plans and establish an even more efficient and profitable operation and ensure that goals are achieved. Moreover, the MD will make sure that the business is constantly developing and meeting customer and market demands.
Strong focus is on people management, to make sure that the employees feel empowered and motivated. As the MD you are also expected to be involved in the day to day work.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Profile:
To be successful in the position you possess a solid ground in manufacturing and a successful track record from a management position in Sweden. You have successfully built management teams and it is important that you have international experience. Experience from the converting industry is preferable.
We believe that you have an academic background in finance and that your native language is Swedish. You are also fluent in English, both verbal and written.
As a person you are a result oriented entrepreneur with strong management skills. Moreover, you have excellent interpersonal and communications skills as well as a strong analytical ability.
