IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
Do you want to be a part of driving Scania 's HR Transformation journey? We are looking for a great leader to join our Management-team at IZ, Digital Core, within IT.
As a servant leader in our organization, you will work with driving Scania People & Culture further in the Digitalisation Journey and be part of implementing a global HR Solution with SAP SuccessFactors. The SAP SuccessFactors project, named MySuccess at Scania, is now ongoing with full speed with a plan to go live in Q3 2023. In parallel, we are also optimizing the P&C processes at Scania with ServiceNow. These two systems will be the backbone of the future IT landscape for P&C.
The group P&C IT supports People & Culture with IT-solutions, covering the whole lifecycle, from requirement analysis to implementation and production. Our aim is to digitalise and harmonize the IT landscape within HR, by replacing local solutions with a global way of working and a more consistent application landscape through SAP SuccessFactors and other global standard solutions.
Your work assignment
The group IZF consists of two awesome teams; one team is responsible for the MySuccess IT deliveries and the other team takes care of all other P&C IT deliveries from central HR systems, Scania Academy to Scania Health care.
As a manager at IZF some of your challenges will be:
• Creating a team climate where digitalization, innovation and future global HR solutions is the way forward and where we continuously challenge ourselves and improve our ways of working.
• Empower, engage, and develop your co-workers and team.
• Work together with P&C stakeholders to set a long-term P&C IT strategy enabling the Scania transformation.
• Drive the Digital Core and IT strategy together with the IZ Management team.
Your profile
You are a driven and forward-thinking manager that dares to drive change and constantly challenge the way we are working. You strive to improve your way of leading yourself and others. As a leader, you communicate expectations and know that feedback is crucial in driving the development of both team and individual. You are a good coach for people and can adapt your leadership skills to different situations.
You are expected to handle multiple business relations as well as coordinating several IT service delivery organizations to support your business.
