In order for UN Digital Services to succeed EITTE EMEA Operations has established User Near Organizations, purpose of these User Near organizations within EITTE Operations is to drive alignment, ways of working, provide clear customer interface as well as simplify the interface to various users/PDU's that receive services from the EITTE. This is a complex world with many deliveries coming from GIC's, VC's and other areas, User Near mission is to simplify and align these while continuously providing high quality deliveries and optimizing flow.
Digital Services User Near Organizations includes approx. 300 persons in various locations. The team also works closely with the global EST's involved in all Digital Services Technology deliveries across various countries.
In this role you will be part of EITTE EMEA Engineering Operations User Near Digital Services Technology Leadership Team and will have line responsibility for the line unit Technology
We are looking for a person that has:
• Several years of experience as a leader preferably in a technical role
• Solid understanding of BA Digital Services products, solutions, and Network architecture
• Strong understanding of system Architecture and the strategic direction that BA Digital Services is moving
• Hands on leader with strong technical ability plus ability to lead
• Strong sense of urgency and drive, ability to execute and make/lead changes
• Strong leadership skills in line with Ericsson new Leadership Framework and core values
• Experience in leading in an agile and lean way of working
• Proven ability and leadership to act in an multi stakeholder environment
• As a person you are open to new challenges and you like to drive activities and work tasks also under difficult circumstances and in turbulent environments
• Proven ability and leadership to act in an multi stakeholder environment
Qualifications & Education Requirements
• M.Sc or relevant education on similar level
• Experience in leading in an agile and lean way of working
• Proven ability and leadership to act in an multi stakeholder environment
• Knowledge about labs and test environments is regarded a plus but is not a must
• Solid understanding of DNEP products, solutions, and Network architecture
• Having worked within R&D is a merit but not a must
