Core Networks Engineering unit is built to ensure a strong focus on end-to-end product development, with aligned flows, tools, and processes. The unit strives to provide outstanding customer experience by alignment of Core Networks architecture and products, ways of working, roadmaps, and commercial structure.
Product Development Unit Communication Services, Unified Data Management & Exposure (PDU COSUDME) drives the evolution of communication services, unified data management & exposure, and transition towards cloud native networks in Core Networks. PDU COSUDME develops and maintains a competitive and profitable product portfolio, including IP Multimedia System (IMS & VoLTE), Unified Data Management (UDM), Mobile Circuit Switched Core (MSS), Exposure & Service Enablement, Regulatory Solutions (Lawful Intercept), Network Location (ENL), Mission Critical Application (MCA) and common platforms & components (AXE, TSP and CBA).

About this opportunity
We are looking for a leader who wants to take an active operational role in driving our customer deployments and customer support together with our Support and Customer engagement managers. You will work with Customer Deployment & support leadership team to secure the deployment & support of the PDU products, cross-PDU and cross Core Networks support initiatives and enable the units' performance in line with Core Networks, BCSS and company priorities.
We are looking for the leader who will enable efficient Customer Deployment & Support operations and simplification across everything we do, excel execution, speed up responsiveness and time to customer, by increasing efficiency, accountability, and empowerment across the organization. You will work closely with the Head of Customer Deployment & support, all the units within PDU, other support units within Core Networks to secure the full end-to-end collaboration and efficiency.
What you will do
Together with the Customer Deployment & support leadership team define unit strategy, drive the target setting and strategy execution follow up
Lead a global R&D support organization across multiple Ericsson R&D sites and workforce at R&D consultancy service suppliers.
Drive and coordinate:
Customer support and engagement management for PDU portfolio
Deployment support for IMS, UDM & Exposure
Global Engineering
Work across all PDU sub-units for customer deployment & support related matters
Participate and influence the customer deployment & support related BCSS and cross-BA initiatives
Deliver customer deployment & support related projects and special assignments across all units within the PDU
Drive continuous improvement of operations and products in all aspects
You will bring
Passion for R&D, customer deployment & support and solid experience as a senior leader in large, international, and distributed organizations
Broad experience in deployment & support domain with a business mindset including understanding of the communication services, unified data management & exposure business, technology, customers, and market & industry trends.
Proven track record of delivering on commitments, making timely and clear decisions involving tough choices and uncertainties & risks.
Excellent ability to cooperate and collaborate within a large organization as well as with key stakeholders to build one team culture
Proven track record for driving change, transformation, and continuous improvement in large organizations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in international environments
Ability to inspire and influence people across the organization to achieve outstanding performance
Courageous leadership, providing direction and setting appropriate standards of behavior and performance
