What you will be a part of
You will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team of about 40 co-workers at Saab's site in Hackefors, Linköping, belonging to the business unit Traffic Management, which serves marine and air traffic customers around the globe with advanced solutions that enable safe and efficient movement of people and goods.
As manager for Supply Chain and Customer Support within TransponderTech Products, you will be leading a group which has a key role in the company's daily operations . Your team is responsible for customer support, purchasing, export control, production planning and our order function.
With a product portfolio consisting of AIS-transponders for ships and aircraft, as well as advanced navigation and presentation systems, TransponderTech Products is market leading with customers world-wide, and we are active on a commercial market with relatively short sales cycles.
Your role
Your role includes:
Manager for the group Supply Chain and Customer Support within TransponderTech Products.
Member of the management team for the site in Hackefors.
Coordination with other functions in the company such as Product Development, as well as external parties.
Operational work adopted to your domain of expertise.
Your skills and experience
We are currently in a very expansive phase and we need to strengthen our competence in several areas. Everyone at TransponderTech Products, including the management team, is to a large extent operational. We therefore see it as important with the expertise you bring to the company, in addition to your leadership qualities. Depending on your background, there is a certain amount of flexibility in the role. Areas where we currently have a need for reinforcement include: contract management, production management, quality assurance and airborne equipment.
You are a team-player with previous management experience. You are a good communicator, who develops the people in your team through delegation, empowerment and coaching, and accepts responsibility for the results.
