The role
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the evolution of Scania's truck chassis design? As the Group Manager in ERTL, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, leading a team of engineers dedicated to shaping the future of our vehicles.
ERTLA - where you will be the group manager - has historically been responsible for the development of Fuel & Gas Tank Components. However, with the rapidly evolving landscape, we now need to collaborate with other sites within the Traton group to design our common chassis. ERTLA has been entrusted with a pivotal role in this project, tasked with developing the chassis corner structure and auxiliary installations in this area for the whole group. As the group manager, you will lead this crucial transformation together with the flow management.
Responsibilities
• Lead and support two agile teams within the installation development flow, alongside product owners and scrum masters, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting quality standards.
• Be actively involved in the section management group's work to create the right conditions for our employees to create state-of-the-art chassis designs.
