hela Sverige Are you ready take your leadership to the next level in an organization characterized by high pace, lots of fun and team spirit! We are looking for the new Manager to our Infrastructure & Operation Competence Center.
As Manager for our Competence Center you have staff responsibility as well as the overall delivery responsibility for a highly skilled team of project managers, technical experts, requirement analysts as well as group managers and consultant responsibles.
The position is located within the function I&O Sourcing at the IT Division Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) in Stockholm. I&O develops technical services and ensures global 24/7 operations for the rest of the IT Department. I&O Competence Center is the division's hub for resources and ensures that needed competences within the different delivery areas are met according to sourcing needs.

You will be part of the I&O Division Sourcing management team and report to the I&O division sourcing manager. You will drive the Competence Center forward strategically as well as coach your direct reports in their leadership responsibilities.
To succeed in this role, you are an experienced leader with many years of experience coaching other leaders. You have a genuine interest in people, in competence development and in creating an attractive work environment. You have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to switch between strategic work like defining strategies and plans, and to work operationally and make things happen practically. You are a strong and confident leader who takes responsibility and sees the bigger picture.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Manager for Competence Center at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Overall delivery responsibility for the performance of Competence Center
• Lead and coach group managers and consultant responsible
• Staff responsibility including leadership development, competence planning, strategic recruitment plans, adapting roles and competence to new sourcing models
• Continously improving of our internal and external processes and routines
• Supporting the development of division sourcing strategy in sourcing option
• Follow-up of strategy execution
• Work closely with the division's HR business partner
• Being part of the division Sourcing and division Management team
• Continuous follow up with our delivery areas to be able to, in a proactive way, meet their needs
• Contribute to an attractive workplace

• Being able to work strategically and long term
• Many years of leadership experience as a leader, for example project manager and also as a Staff responsible
• Leadership experience from an international company
• Experience from Sourcing
• Interest and experience to drive and motivate change
• Stakeholder management from operational to strategically level
• Excellent presentation skills
• Good skills in both English and Swedish
