About the position
As manager of the Group ERP M3 team you will implement and support global ERP solutions and processes. To do this you have a team of 10 highly qualified M3 experts and the support of other Group Functions. You will also work with consultants for expertise as well as for volume. You will interact with most parts of Swegon and need to drive a strong dialogue with Sales Teams, Manufacturing Teams, as well as Central Teams. The role requires global leadership combined with good understanding of processes and ERP.
Areas of responsibility:
• Lead and develop the team
• Develop the Swegon business through M3 implementation and ERP processes
• Lead projects and activities, sometimes as a project manager but more often through appointed project leaders
• Drive continuous improvement and training in M3
• Manage support of the M3 application
• Manage M3 organization and consultants, staff development and recruitment
• Coordinate standard ERP with other application teams and software development
• Hiring staff and consultants
• Negotiate supplier contracts
• Budgeting and prioritization

Your profile
You are an experienced professional with an overall understanding of processes in a multinational business. You are communicative and you have great skills within project management and process development. You are a doer who can drive and administer multiple global change projects in parallel. Previous personnel responsibilities are meritorious.
Requirements:
• Strong leader in multinational companies
• Business acumen
• Communication skills with business leaders and tech teams
• Experience from project and project portfolio management
• Experience from ERP projects and process work; ideally as ERP implementation manager but other background will also be considered (controller/finance director, logistics etc).
• The ideal candidate will have several years of Infor M3 experience. However, leadership capacity and business acumen is fundamental.
• Good level of English
• Your personality is important. We are looking for someone who is communicative and driven by genuine teamwork
