You can handle delivery of large-scale, complex technology programs with a balanced focus on business processes and technical solutions. A high level of initiative, drive, persistence and focus on personal development are other of your characteristics.About the jobThe Manager of the Digital Workplace Team will be responsible for strategic and operational aspects of managing the employee experience with Alfa Laval's Digital Workplace. The goal is to digitize the employee experience at Alfa Laval and transform how our employees utilize tools & technology to collaborate and work by creating an engaging, modern and unified digital workplace. This role will work closely with the business to develop and execute the roadmap, planning and continuous optimization (including the product line for Office 365 and related solutions) of the Digital workplace. Additionally, you will develop and own the digital workplace backlog including completing the roll-out of Skype For Business as our global telephony system. You will report to the Head of IT Operations and be part of the IT Operations management team.What you know

Strong knowledge of solutions in the Digital collaboration and Digital workplace area, Office 365, Skype for Business and related solutions in a global context
Demonstrated experience of development and implementation of Office 365, Skype For Business and related collaboration solutions targeted towards end-users in a global context
• 3 years' experience of leading and managing a team within agile development and implementation, driving and handling change and showing decisiveness and execution in difficult situations
Strong communication and presentation skills and fluent in business English
Experience from the telecom sector and telephony solutions will be an advantage
