System Equipment within Tetra Pak Processing Components AB supply standard and custom-built control panels, Tanks and Vessels for processing and packaging modules. Our goal is to, together with our customers; develop cost efficient products and good technical solutions.
We are now looking for a Manager for the Design & Engineering team. You will lead a team of eleven skilled professionals working within the areas of electrical and mechanical design where your main responsibilities will be:
• Overall responsibility of the team's performance and delivery
• Issue resolution and customer handling
• Involvement in development projects from or together with our customers
• Personnel management and competence development within the team
• Resource planning
• Secure key competences within the group to meet the requirements of laws, regulations and customers expectations
• Budget responsibility and follow-up
• Member of the department management group.

To communicate clearly and set the direction for the team, with focus on quality and on-time delivery, comes natural to you. Furthermore it is crucial that you are an open minded individual that is used to take own initiatives and drive change. In this challenging position you will have extensive contacts internally as well as externally so your excellent networking skills and social ability will come to good use.
To be successful in this position we believe that you have a technical University degree and 3-5 years proven experience from successful management of teams. We are working with continuous improvement activities and you will drive and participate in projects following the Lean Method. Therefore it is an advantage if you are an experienced project leader. Experience from Electrical design is also highly beneficial. Finally you will need to have a good command of Swedish and English, spoken as well as written.
