Job Summary
Next Generation Maintenance Management drives the transformation of Maintenance Management towards a leaner, modern, dynamic and capable organisation to enable profitable growth, improve productivity and enhance Employee and Customer experience.
We are looking for a Manager Centre of Expertise Maintenance Management Processing that will lead maintenance management for processing. Your mission will be to drive transformation within the area of asset management capabilities and support maintenance management operations, enabling better & efficient response to change customer needs for processing equipment.
You will report to Director Next Generation Maintenance Management and will be based in Lund, Sweden but work in a global arena.
The position is permanent and based in Lund. Some travelling will be required.
What you will do
Lead Centre of Expertise Maintenance Management Processing team by leading the development of service capabilities within processing asset management area (tool, systems, data, process, competences).
Lead the development of equipment maintainability standards, maintenance recommendations for new processing equipment, and innovative predictive & prescriptive maintenance approaches to the existing and future installed base and continuous improvement of maintenance recommendations.
Ensure efficient maintenance management and checklist administration through assets lifecycle and effective continuous improvement feedback loops for processing equipment.
Ensure strong collaboration with Processing Solutions & Equipment, Product Management, Sales Support and Customer Service Operations for achieving competitive design and lifecycle maintenance costs.
Contribute to the asset health monitoring development and support its deployment for processing equipment and solutions.
Participate in the development of advanced data analytics solutions for optimization of total cost of maintenance and operations for customers for processing equipment.

We believe you have
You possess a university background within engineering and have a strong knowledge of Services and/or Processing Business, as well as understanding of enabling technologies.
You have a customer focused mindset and the ability to listen and anticipates to customer's needs.
We believe you managed high performing teams and have a proven experience of working in Maintenance and/or Processing business.
We believe that you have experience of processing product and/or plant design.
You are used to drive change on a global level.
You have a proven ability to develop and manage internal and external relationships in a cooperative, diplomatic, and successful manner and gain credibility on all levels cross organization.
You are fluent both in written and spoken English, other European languages are considered a plus.

You are strategic, expansive, silo breaking in your thinking and possess a high-level of engineering understanding. You work with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrating a strong drive for results, exceptional stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills. You are skilled at managing ambiguity and adapting to continuous changes in work scope and emerging challenges.
