Join our team
IT Solutions is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and development of Epiroc's global applications, critical for thousands of users every day. In IT Solutions, we are also responsible for the structure and strategy of Epiroc's application and demand portfolios, to make sure the different parts of Epiroc are aligned and efficient when it comes to application functionality and investments. Today there are approx. 800 applications, including e.g. ERP, PLM systems, O365, etc, but also many local/small applications with specific purposes, all enabling the business to operate and grow.
IT Solutions is organized in six application teams and one strategic Portfolio Management team.
Business Solutions has the AMIT responsibility for ~20 applications, including SalesPortal, MOL/WOL, Rigscan, Certiq, Intelliquoter, My Epiroc, HR Link, Competence Portal, Extend, Fleetsync, Docmine, Pipechain, SCP, and more.
Portfolio Management is responsible for the Application and Demand portfolios, including strategy, processes, coordination, and communication.
Your mission
As our next Manager Business Solutions & Portfolio Management you will lead two teams: Business Solutions & Portfolio management, to fully leverage from synergies between operational and strategic activities.
You will be responsible for 7 employees and ~15 consultants in line roles, all skilled and talented colleagues which allows you, as the manager, to lead and motivate the team as well as focus on the higher picture. The responsibility for the team includes salary review, people development, team meetings, recruitment, financial plan and follow-up, and strategy coordination.
As a Manager of Business Solutions & Portfolio Management you will lead the IT Solutions strategy and work actively to create collaboration within both IT and with the business. You will be responsible of pushing the development of the application portfolio as well as the I2P process, for constant improvement of business processes.
You will be an active member of the IT Solutions Management team. As a manager you will Support the business to the greatest extent possible by providing optimal IT tools and solutions. Plan for, attract and keep the right people and pushing and developing the AMIT role. You will work closely and build a network with a lot of people across all Epiroc.
Your profile
We are looking for a person with great analytical skills. As a leader you are a driven and flexible person with an "can-do" attitude. You have strong verbal and written communication skills and you are able to cooperate with internal as well as external stakeholders on many different levels.
You are an experienced leader with the ability to motivate your team members. You are present as a leader, challenge ways of working and enjoy a diverse and cross-functional environment.
For this position we believe that you have a Bachelor or Master in relevant field or similar knowledge gained through work experience
You need to have experience in creating, planning and present presentations to management teams or similar. It is a plus if you have been working with demand processes, IT prioritization, or application management before.
Fluent verbal and written skills in English is a must.

Location and travel
This position is preferably located in Örebro or Stockholm but for the right candidate you could also be located in Garland, Santiago, Prague, Johannesburg, Bangalore, Nanjing or Perth.
Occasional travel is required and depending on where the successful candidate will be based.
