Within department Support Solutions, we have a central Operation Support function that is responsible for and take lead of the work with business and operation development. We are now searching for a manager that will lead a team of approximately 6 persons with focus on business and operation development. You will be a part of the department management group and will work closely with the department manager and the section managers. We are looking for an open minded, creative and broad person that enjoys a diversity within this field. The broad scope that we work with are sometimes very challenging but also very rewarding. Everyone in our function work very close to our operations and that is also a success factor.
Example of duties and responsibilities:

Effective management of the operational and business development teams

Monitoring and improving daily functions
*
Building processes based on our business goals and ensure compliance
*
Measuring the efficiency of systems and procedures
*
Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
*
Support the department sections, drive visibility and guide them toward efficiency to make department - level success is contributing to larger, organization wide goals.
*
Take part in preparation and negotiation of relevant agreements
*
Ensure development and effective implementation of processes and procedures throughout the organization
*
Take part in development of a roadmap for Aviation Services product family Aviation Support Solutions, 1-5 year
*
Budget responsibility
*
Manage Business and Operational plan
Your profile
We are looking for a person with god communication skills and proven experience from leadership roles. You are positive to challenge and develop processes and working methods within an organization. You have experience from work in the aviation industry and a general knowledge of business management systems and aviation regulation. We think you have a god IT knowledge with experience from fleet management systems, within this organization we use IFS "Sherpa" so previous experience from working with an IFS system is beneficially. You will work in an international environment so fluent English language, written and spoken is required.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

Support Solutions, a department within Business Unit Aviation Services. We work with a broad scope, spanning over the entire life cycle with civil and military aircraft, both helicopters and fixed wing. We specialize in aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul, modifications and services for the entire need of an operator. We are located mainly in Sweden on several locations. Our main sites are in Linköping, Malmslätt, Nyköping and Ljungbyhed but are also represented abroad. Support Solutions employ approx. 270 people today. We strive to offer an interesting and developing workplace with a broad spectrum of interesting assignments within our organization.
