Job Summary
In this role you will be support the global Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) organization with analysis of the operational performance, financials, and business cases. Your role will be crucial to deliver insights, form recommendations and present them to senior management. You will become part of a dynamic team driving important changes to Tetra Pak globally.
FREM is a global function, responsible for ensuring the quality of our facility management services worldwide, for optimising our real estate footprint, for
providing safe, inspirational and efficient workplaces and site sustainability that reflect the Tetra Pak brand.
Locations can be preferably Lund (Sweden), Modena (Italy) or Denton (US) as well as other locations in EMEA and Americas, but relocation will be not an option
What you will do
As a Manager Business Analysis, you will:
Implement and maintain a business intelligence system and dashboard reports.
Consolidate quarterly financial reports and data, providing comments for global deviations and business insights. Follow up on agreed actions until full implementation.
Coordinate the budget, forecast and 3YP processes including all FREM related financial and non-financial KPIs.
Act as liaison between FREM, Finance and external Collaborators to anchor appropriate actions
Follow up on implementation of Tetra Pak reporting policies, FRM incl. the FREM reporting guidelines within the geography
Perform effective business partnering by supporting the FREM team in their daily operations and support for decision making

We believe you have
We believe you have 3-5 years of proven experience working in finance. International experience in global/regional roles is a great asset. Excellent command of English is essential, both written and verbal. You have a bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent. A master's degree is considered a plus.
In this role it is important to have strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving. You need to be dynamic to interact and engage with several different colleagues and external partners.
We also see that you possess a high level of drive, initiative and business understanding and are able to turn your insights into clear recommendations that will make a positive impact. You can exercise informal authority to influence decision makers.

You possess great presentation skills and an ability to clearly communicate with all levels within the organization. You are a strong team player and are able to manage conflicts.

Furthermore, you are focused on performance, organized and deliver accurate and timely results. You can work on project related assignments with tight deadlines.
