Job Description
Would you like to work in a team of experts with a responsibility to deliver the best consultants for the clients of SwedQ?
We are now looking for managers to be part of the management team in Stockholm, focusing on mainly on building our three departments in SwedQ.
You will work closly with the CEO to make sure that SwedQ grows both with engineers, internal personell, sales and relationships with different partners to SwedQ.
As a manager your main focus will be on growing the three departments of SwedQ which involves being part of marketing, partnerships, consultants, management and sales.
To thrive in this role you will need to have an outgoing personality to gain more partnerships and also help the business itself to grow. It require a strong vision as well as a doer-mentality!
We belive that you have an entrepreneurial spirit and like to be part of growing something from a smal scale to a big scale. That means the role itself means variation in the task themselves.
A break down of the role:
• Being involved in salesprocess and build a long-term relationship with the clients within IT, Software engineering, Analytics and Core systems
• Build your business unit through recruitment
• Make sure that your unit shows positive numbers and have a sustainability in it
• Mange the company, you will be a pillar in SwedQ therefore many of the things will evolve around you.
• Partial PM/Scrum Master for in-house projects.

We are a competence based company. What that means you will be involved and taught how to form projects, deligate resources, structure a departmant/company.
Requirements:
• Experience within recruitment, Business Development, andor sales.
• Forthcoming personality
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Education in sales AndOr Engineering.
Good To have
• Previous sales experience- Telemarketing, B2B sales
• B driving licence
• Previous management experience
Keep in mind that you do not need to fit the job description fully. This is a role that you will grow into and over time take more responsibility. If there is more value you can contribute in other aspects that might work as-well.
