hela Sverige You will be accountable for the building and implementation of the best credit models. This includes everything from data-mining and feature engineering to training, validating and implementing of machine learning models, computing performance statistics and conducting A/B-tests. You will work closely with several engineering teams and analysts to find new smart ways of consolidating data and making use of it in order to make better models and ultimately better predictions.

Inspire, lead, shape and grow an analytics organization consisting of 3-8 team members.
Manage and drive procurement for third party products that your team depends on.
Drive continuous improvement focusing on quality in own team and cross teams.
Scope and own a problem space, articulate and develop fact based argumentation and present it to senior management or CXOs, develop vision and mission statement.
Prioritise and optimise for highest speed in execution.
Take calculated risks, anchor with different stakeholders and articulate short and long term consequences.
Continuously develop relationships between product, engineering and key stakeholders across all domains.
Influence and drive software design discussions.
Translate business needs into capability build up and hiring plans in own team.
Play a key role in helping us continue attracting, developing and retaining great engineering talent.
Act swiftly to change of direction, re-evaluate priorities and steer the team accordingly.
Manage the budget for the team and dependencies.
We are looking for someone with a masters degree in a quantitative field such as Physics/Maths/Statistics or Computer Science with a focus on machine learning/statistics. You have combined this with a business oriented education and few years of work experience. You have experience in time series modelling, supervised machine learning or survival modelling and are comfortable with some combination of programming languages, databases and tools such as Java, Python, R, Javascript, git, JIRA, scikit-learn, d3, PostgreSQL, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, MongoDB or Neo4j and you don't hesitate to learn new tools and languages. As a person you are curious and driven and have an ease for learning new things. Further to that, you have led teams before
