• Proven advanced training in business management, strategic communication or equivalent minimum of 7 years of experience within Retail, preferably within IKEA
• Strong project management skills
• Strong documented leadership skills.
• 3-5 years of experience of successfully lead and manage people
• Knowledge of IKEA brand, culture, values and way of working
• Strong communication skills in English (Spoken and Written)

A day in your life with us
As management assistant, your key responsabilities will be to:
• Be the key right-hand person to the assigned Retail Market Manager, supporting them across a range of initiatives and - organisational-, strategic, tactical and operational tasks, and to ensure preparedness for key meetings and engagements, and drive specific projects and assignments.
• Take an active role as a member of the Retail Markets Management team, steering and supporting the effective and efficient Ingka Retail Management team, including preparation of materials, minutes, and following up decision and pending logs etc.
• Orchestrate and support the Retail Markets on assigned Ingka governance, corporate calendar, Ingka Retail calendar and key business cycles, securing the right content preparation, alignment, minutes, following up decision and pending logs
• Facilitate collaboration and engagement across the Retail Markets community and act as a point of entry for cross Ingka and cross IKEA collaborations
• Contribute to the Ingka Retail Management Assistant team, ensuring smooth administration, support, coordination and collaboration across Ingka Retail.
