The maintenance manager is responsible for the maintenance and availability of our equipment. You will participate and manage different projects in the production and support the departments with trouble shooting when needed.
As a maintenance manager you also have the responsible to prioritize the technical resources and manage the daily workload, training and education of the personnel.
The maintenance manager is responsible for the following areas:
• Guarantee that the work within projects and investments is done correctly and ensure that this is carried out in accordance with agreed specifications.
• Participate in the work at the department to fulfill the objectives to support the strategy/budget for Sege.
• Responsible for analysis of own costs as well as supporting production departments in their cost control work.
• Responsible for the health and safety procedures for the maintenance department and contractors.
• To follow routines and standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 as well as internal controls.
Daily operation
• Establish and maintain an effective preventative maintenance methodology supported by chosen maintenance system
• Responsible for mechanical call-off parts and consumables
• Actively contribute and participate in the plant's continuous improvement methodologies
• Leading projects and investments
• Responsible to create the conditions for participation and setting clear goals for employees' professional development
Job requirements/Candidate profile
To enjoy and be successful in this position you need to have a drive for results and a passion for continuous improvement and change management. Safety is the core of all your actions. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly set the direction as well as involve and engage people in reaching our common goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
• Experienced in LEAN/Six sigma
• Experience of manage and participate in projects
• Good knowledge of ATEX regulations
• Good knowledge of process automation
• Knowledge of CAD
