The Sales Consultant is responsible for providing pricing, feasibility, and consultation to clients regarding SSI products and services. This role is essential in developing, maintaining and expanding client relationships in order to increase revenue.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Pricing and Feasibility
Respond in a consultative manner to client questions regarding products, pricing and solutions.
Prepare proposals across all product sets including feasibility and pricing. Deliver quotes to clients.
Leverage the SSI pricing tool to maximize win rate and profitability on a project level basis.
Engage in knowledge sharing including product pricing and feasibility and coordination across internal functions (sales, delivery, etc.).
Provide timely and accurate response to requests. Maintain and work to increase profitability. Work to increase win rate by providing exceptional quality and feasible solutions.

2. Maintain and Expand Client Relationships
Expand and leverage client relationships with focus on creating opportunities and developing incremental company profit through understanding of client objectives; consultation during the sales process; estimate follow-up by phone; participation in sales calls and meetings; understanding pipeline of existing opportunities; effective investigating and up-selling and assuring client satisfaction.
Provide leadership and guidance as an internal and external consultant regarding SSI's products and services; project feasibility and execution; and leveraging their experience as a means to expand client relationships.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years experience in a business or professional environment, may include internships.

Specialized Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Accountability - Proven results while managing changing priorities as well as maintaining direction and focus through proactive planning and organized approaches to work in order to meet deadlines and manage time effectively. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and be conscientious, reliable, and punctual.

Client Focus - Demonstrates a strong customer orientation, builds partnerships, and work well across functions in order to service internal and external clients in a timely fashion.

Communication Skills - Adjusting accordingly to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences while maintaining highest level of abilities in all aspects of communication, written, oral, listening and expressing ideas.

Critical Thinking - Understands business strategy and processes while able to applying to local objectives.

Leadership Skills - Ability to model behavior and attributes expected by others.

Team Work - Ability to work effectively independently and harmoniously within a team while communicating a "can do" attitude and positive outlook. Willing to pitch in and do more than is required.
