You'll facilitate innovation through partnerships and cross-functional collaborations, leading transformative initiatives and rapidly assessing viability through scalable prototypes or concepts to enable business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead innovation through tangible actions, rapidly assessing viability through scalable prototypes or concepts in coordination with Logistics stakeholders.
Lead workshops with key stakeholders and business functions identifying potential areas relevant. for Logistics Innovation to take forward in a structured proof of concept initiative.
Provide outside-in perspectives from research materials, other industries, partners and competitors to challenge old truths, exploring new opportunities and ways to bridge our gaps Provide a platform for collaboration and co-creation around new emerging logistics innovations and capabilities.
Lead the Al agenda for Logistics in close alignment with Logistics stakeholders.
Follow industry trends on innovation as well as analytics capabilities and competences.
Ensure success through deep knowledge in logistics processes and enabling quick development and tests.
Act as a catalyst for Global Logistics together with Logistics stakeholders on the journey of becoming more data driven i.e. greater business insight through data.
Actively stay up to date on global logistics end-to-end operational status, KPIs, issues and risks.
Identify sustainability opportunities and challenges from a social, economic and environmental perspective.
Qualifications
Strategic logistics and supply chain experience including sound understanding of operational processes.
Strong understanding of business needs for both retail and online businesses.
Creative mindset and innovation affinity combined with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and imagination combined with pragmatism and realistic view on benefits.
Self-starter attitude and a proactive way of working.
Experience from upscaling pilot projects and enabling implementation to full scale production.
Experience from leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with internal and external partners.
Strong collaborative mindset with proven ability to build and establish relationships with both internal and external partners.
Strong communication skills including internal and external stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in working with Miro, PowerPoint, Excel, Copilot, Clipchamp, SharePoint.
