? Order Processing
• Contact with the supplier, both in writing and by telephone, regarding product information, ordering, planning, delivery notifications, changes in orders or the deliveries.
• Order entry Navision, including commercial prioritization and including pre-work for processing the receipts
• Process order changes
• Supplier order management (monitoring the order processing)
Intended result: purchase orders according to companies needs, processed timely and correctly during daily process.

• Planning & Transport
• Planning of transport orders in connection with the supplier and in line with the companies needs using the available slot times in the most optimal way.
• Monitor deliveries to be taken place according to the planning and register all discrepancies in order to improve the performance of the suppliers or their transport company
Intended result: planning to be prepared to ensure ordered merchandise will be received according to the planning as agreed with the suppliers and in line with companies needs

• Stock
• Set up and maintain all item cards
• Monitor unplanned orders
• Run Item Shortage Alert reports (check recordings and stock quantities)
• Make purchase proposals and/or order merchandise according to the guide lines given and based on the outcome of the Item Shortage Alert or given forecast.
Intended result: efficient inventory management, where the stock is not unnecessarily large but goods will be ordered timely ensuring necessary availability.

• Administration
• Processing of receipts in such a manner that receipts are registered correctly and item cards are fully up to date.
• Ensure that all details on the item card are correct and updated daily.
• Verify the completeness of all deliveries and ensure discrepancies are reported and handle accurately according to company rules.
Intended result: Administrative processing of purchase orders in full and correct to ensure timely, correct and complete handling and up to date item cards.


• Proposing process improvements
• Generate ideas for process improvements at the logistics department
• Discuss ideas with the teamleader and manager
Implementation of process improvement after agreement and alignment with management
Intended result: ideas for process improvement generated and, where relevant, implemented in such a way that the optimal efficiency and continuity of business operations is secured.

Job requirements
• Relevant education and / or experience in trade / logistics at level of Högskolan
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (and preferably of Navision)
• Good command of the Swedish and English language
