hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Natural Cycles i Stockholm As the company's Localization Manager you will ensure that all of our material, on- and offline, web- and app, is translated in all available languages (currently eight), the standard is of high quality and it is consistent with the Natural Cycles tone of voice. It's your goal to plan for upcoming projects, juggle multiple ongoing ones and ensure translations are delivered and implemented in time.
You will work closely with a translation agency as well as internal stakeholders in both the marketing and product teams.
What you will be doing
You will be responsibleto optimise the process of translation, manage translation guidelines as well as continuously extend the Natural Cycles dictionary. As we operate in a regulated environment you will also need to make sure our content is stored and documented to comply with our QMS (Quality Management System).
• Ensuring content & copy is localised to all relevant markets and complies to Natural Cycles quality and regulatory standards.
• Managing app and website localisation, working closely with the product team and testing localisations.
• Project planning, monitoring and controlling translation processes for marketing projects.
• Ensuring translations are consistent, in our official tone of voice and on brand and of high quality by extending the Natural Cycles dictionary, briefing translators etc.
• Ensuring the Natural Cycles Instructions of Use is updated in all languages, formatting is correct and content is according to the released app version.
• Negotiating rates, managing translation finances.
• Optimising the translation process internally and externally, closely working together with a translation agency and stakeholders internally.
• Performing quality checks, by having internal reviews of received translations.
• Expanding and adjusting translation guidelines according to projects.
• Ensure translations are visually and contextually relevant
• Testing product and website for translation formatting errors etc.
What skills you should have
• Bachelor's Degree (localization, business, linguistics, or with equivalent experience).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, any additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with localisation, in particular app and website.
• Excellent project management skills.
