Company and work Description
LK Valves is looking for a sales/sales support person with the ambition and capability to grow to an Account Manager. The position is based in Helsingborg with responsibilities and interactions all around the world. You will have direct customer contact and support our sales team in the field.

LK Valves is currently in an interesting development phase, where the company's growth and increased market share is expected to come from more direct sales to distributors, shipyards and OEM customers all over the world and from having a stronger own product portfolio in place.

As sales/sales support you should make a difference to our sales growth and customer satisfaction. Your main responsibility is sales to specific customers and supporting our field sales team and customers with quotes and technical information. As our business is truly global and we are approaching various stakeholders in the industry you will most likely interact with colleagues and partners all over the world.

In some specific markets we are working through partners whom you support with competence and necessary sales and marketing tools.

Initially the role may require some travelling (less than 10 days per year) but this will increase as you develop in your role and responsibilities.

Who are you
You need to be passionate about technical sales and it is a great advantage if you have a background in the marine industry. You should have strong customer focus and a high level of service.

Excellent English, both verbally and in writing, is a prerequisite and if you speak other languages (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese) it is a great advantage.

Irrespective your background and experience you have to be able to work in a small, but dynamic and ambitious team. You should have the ambition to develop yourself in the role and in due time step out in the field as an account manager.

You have high capacity, is self-motivated in your daily work and are curious to learn and develop. You are down-to-earth and a team player yet straight forward.

To be successful you must have the curiosity and will to understand the marine industry, our customers as well as our products and their applications.
