The position is hybrid based in Stockholm.
Your working area & responsibilities:
In this role, you will administer, maintain and support Linux operating systems, install and upgrade hardware and software, resolve major incidents and technical escalations, and coordinate and interface with outside vendors, end users, other department team members, and service providers to resolve issues.
As Linux Administrator your tasks also include performing root cause analysis for problems and major incidents, providing workarounds to ensure business continuity, preparing RCA reports, participating in CAB meetings, assisting change manager in techno-operations decision process and responding to outages both during normal business hours and after-hours on a need basis (on-call support).
Your skillset:
Experience working with an Automation Tool - Puppet
Sound knowledge on LVM, Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning
Knowledge of Linux Scripting (Bash)
Redhat & Suse Linux (advance level) experience
Cluster experience - HP ServiceGuard Linux, Pacemaker (PCS/CRM)
Suse Manager / Redhat Satellite experience
OS patching, OS Vulnerability management, OS Upgrade experience.
HPE c7000 /HPE Synergy 12000 / HPE Superdom Flex experience.
Ability to analyse data, oversee and contribute to service improvements
ITIL process follower (ServiceNow Incident, Change Management)
Vendor coordination for Support
24x7 on-call support (weekend support for Planned activities)
Seen as beneficial when applying:
Good command of Swedish language
Experienced in setting up Linux for SAP landscape
Cloud Platform: Microsoft Azure
Redhat Ansible Tower
Container Technology - Docker/LXD/Podman/Kubernetes
