As Vendor Management Specialist working in the department Vendor Management you will work at a fun and unpretentious workplace with a strong brand. In this function your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
* Act as a center of competence for the entire organization within vendor management
* Ensure adequate SLA 's between BMW Financial Service NE and our providers mainly within non IT providers
* When we are entering a new cooperation with a sourcing partner you will be responsible for the set-up of adequate SLA, defining of KPI 's and service deliveries
* You will lead and perform regular review meetings with the providers
* Define measures together with the business towards the providers if necessary, to reach agreed KPI 's
* Overall responsible within BMW Financial Services NE that we move towards a more homogeneous provider landscape (provider bundle across markets)
* Local lead for future tender processes
* Liaise with HQ functions on SF1 Regional provider bundle topics for non IT providers
Pre-Requisites for the role:
You hold a bachelor 's in economics or equivalent. Deep understanding of what drives operational excellence and out-standing customer experience. As focus will be on steering and performance measurement, knowledge about KPI set-up and controlling here of is key.

You need to be fluent in written and verbal in both English and one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish). To be successful in the role you need to have the ability to think holistically, have high integrity and are willing to go the extra mile. We will place great emphasis on your personal characteristics.
This is a temporary position for 12 months where you will be employed by Jurek. It is a full-time employment with start immediately or according to agreement. The function is located in modern facilities in Stockholm, Sollentuna, and you will be reporting to the Head of Operations Governance & Vendor Management, Thomas Jarlsäter.
