What you'll do
• You will work with areas such as corporate law, commercial contract law, IT and tech, and much more. Some of your main tasks are:
• Handling all legal matters arising in the company's day-to-day work
• Working as an individual contributor within a multi-disciplinary team
• Transforming stakeholders' expectations and legal requirements into a simple and innovative product, process, or contract
• Working closely with the sales team
Who you are
To thrive at Dreams, you must be pragmatic, proactive, independent, and highly structured. You should be ambitious, high-performing, and prone to take initiative and ownership. It is important that you are business-oriented and able to provide practical and actionable advice in a comprehensive manner.
The successful candidate is humble and will always play with and for the team. You must like working in a flexible environment of a fast developing and growing business organization.
You need to have a Swedish law degree and have at least three years of experience working at top-tier law firms and as an in-house legal counsel. Experience from a fintech company is meritorious. Furthermore, you need to have strong oral and reading skills both in Swedish and in English.
