hela Sverige We are looking for a Leasing Manager to join our Leasing Team in Gothenburg. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for the leasing of different premises in shopping centres and shopping centre development projects. Your responsibilities will primarily include implement a leasing plan, finding potential national & international tenants and negotiating lease agreements. As part of the leasing team you will also work closely with our shopping centre management and development teams.
Tasks and areas of responsibilities
Implementing the leasing plan of own responsibility area
Implementing tenant mix targets defined by a strategic business plan
Identifying and mapping potential tenants including local and national brands
Leasing negotiations (and preparations) and local leasing in the business corporation with shopping centres managers
Preparing leasing contracts according to common guidelines
Contacting regional customers and negotiating with other leasing managers country level chains are needed
Follow-up of the leasing situation/competition in own cluster
Supporting the operational managers in business planning and budgeting
To succeed in this position, you will need
Entrepreneurial orientation and willingness to go the extra mile
5 years of work experience in a similar role
A proactive working style
Sales attitude and passion for achieving targets
Excellent negotiations skills
Team orientation and cooperation skills
Out of the box thinking, eagerness to find solution and can do -attitude
A Bachelor's or a Master's degree in a suitable commercial field
Fluency in Swedish and English
