Learning Specialist, HR Services at Vattenfall
The HR Services organization in Vattenfall is looking for a Learning Specialist, who will be our expert in the field of Learning and work strategically and on a conceptual level as well as on operational tasks when needed.
You will be a part of a dynamic team with other highly skilled experts, acting as an important interface between the business stakeholders in Vattenfall and our outsourcing service provider Accenture.
As a Learning Specialist you will be providing support and advice to managers and course owners in Vattenfall regarding learning opportunities, and ensure alignment between training providers, Accenture delivery and business needs.
As a Learning Specialist you have a responsibility for the local requirements from our Swedish stakeholders, to make sure that the needs for quality, learning products, supplier management, legal obligations and compliance are met.
The Learning Specialist will also
Support the developments and improvements of the Learning process and aim for harmonization and standardization of delivery
Monitor local efficiency and performance indicators for the Learning process in close cooperation with the service provider
The Learning Specialist reports to the Director of Talent Processes, and works closely with the Process manager and Learning Specialists in the different countries.
Your characteristics and qualifications
As a person you are able to deal with change and at times high work pressure. You are solution oriented, with the skills and ability to prioritize, organize and plan realistically and efficiently. With a strategic and analytical focus, you will change complex matters into more simple workable matters.
You understand the different interests of all of your stakeholders and you are able to balance these whilst maintaining an acceptable outcome and long term relationship.
We are looking for a person who:
Holds a University Degree in a relevant area like Business Administration or HR
Experience of working with Learning processes
Experience of working in an international environment
High level of analytical working and thinking with experience and skills in root cause analysis and problem solving
Experience of working with continuous improvements / an agile way of working
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience of working with different HR and Learning IT tools
Fluency in English and Swedish, both verbal and in writing
