The Team
The Learning Strategy & Portfolio team is seeking a dynamic Learning Solutions Manager based in Eskilstuna. In this role, you'll take the lead in empowering dealers within region EU & INT and other regions by sharing best practices for leveraging the diverse range of solutions within our cutting-edge learning ecosystem.

The Competence Development and Delivery team, a global force of 50 professionals, is dedicated to securing a sustainable competitive edge for our distribution network by delivering impactful learning experiences. Operating as a Center of Competence (CoC) under region Europe, we collaborate cross-functionally to equip all regions with best practices in competence development, ensuring optimal utilization of available solutions. Our shared vision is to ensure that "All Volvo CE dealers possess the necessary competence (in time) to effectively sell and support our products and services, facilitated by our modern, immersive, and easily accessible learning offerings."
Role description
As a Learning Solution Manager, you will be the first point of contact supporting our users on both regional and dealer level with working as effectively as possible with available solutions. You will be an integral part in capture needs from business and transform them to requirements in close collaboration with Product Owner as well as suppliers. You will also drive initiatives and projects to further develop the solutions within the learning ecosystem.

You have experience from system administration and working with Learning Management Systems or similar. You have strong capability of utilizing digital collaboration tools to reduce complexity and increase work efficiency.
A mindset of continuous improvement fuels your readiness to step out of comfort zones and challenge norms. Ideally, you possess a solid understanding of construction equipment and its technical facets, coupled with a big interest for digitalization. Your fluency in English is essential, considering your interaction with international stakeholders.
Education & Experience Required A bachelor's or higher education degree, preferably in business, learning and development, or equivalent experience, is required.
