Job description
As a Lean Six Sigma Driver in the department Improvement and process management (FPI/MPTX), you will be deeply involved in the continuous development and the implementation of Lean Production. You will be working both with improvements of production as a part of the complete supply chain and also with improvements in different support departments.
The team is responsible for major improvement activities covering the entire production flow and also for solving cross-functional problems to avoid sub-optimizing. You are expected to initiate and lead improvement projects, as well as develop and work with the maintenance of general work processes within production. You will be deeply involved in the future development of production, focusing on satisfying customers through lean fundamentals.

Qualifications
We want you to have earlier experience, preferably from production that have rendered you excellent knowledge of improvement philosophies, such as Lean and Six Sigma. We are also looking for experience in logistics, material handeling and inhouse distribution.
We are also looking for:
• Supply chain understanding and knowledge
• Result orientation and personal drive
• Advanced Swedish and English skills
• University degree or equivalent work experience
