hela Sverige You'll join Financial Crime Intelligence & Analytics ("FCIA"), where we provide strategic intelligence data to senior management to enable intelligence driven risk appetite, leading strategic change across the financial crime control framework. We support our management team in the planning, management and decision-making processes and develop understanding of how data and financial crime relate.

Your future responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
• Lead a team of analysts and experts within financial crime intelligence and analytics.
• Support the management team with data and strategic analysis concerning financial crime as well as supporting the decision-making processes related to this.
• Manage our internal stakeholders in regard to their needs and also increase the risk appetite within the bank.
• Develop and lead the development of high quality intelligence products.
The role is based in Stockholm. Welcome to a team that intend to assess, mitigate and prevent the key and evolving financial crime threats through proactive intelligence, reactive investigations and ongoing monitoring and reporting capabilities.

Your profile and background:
• Proven track record of establishing financial intelligence function and management of cross-functional and multi-jurisdictional partnerships for proactive financial crime threat identification and mitigation.
• Accountable and responsible for development of high quality intelligence products, including quantitative and qualitative analysis of significant financial crime incidents, and also providing strategic inputs to business in the management of evolving financial crime risk.
• Provide strategic guidance in the design and deployment of a fit-for-purpose intelligence and analytical capabilities, ensuring multi-jurisdictional coverage, strategic and tactical financial crime risk analysis, and efficient use of bank resources.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Financial Crime investigations and data analytics with a proven track record in transforming raw data into meaningful and actionable intelligence.
