The Application Services team possesses expert knowledge and know-how on producing application management and development services for the Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian customers.
We are offering you a job in an exciting and growing business. We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect for our estemmed customers in Sweden to be responsible for pre sales and overall solution roadmap.
You will work in large complex application outsourcing deals. Understading of application maintenance, application development and knowledge of outsourcing business is a MUST. You are expected to drive solution by systematically understanding business requirement from the customer till closure of contract.
You have experience of application outsourcing deals with management position with more than 15 years in working with complex system architectures and the ability to consult professionally. You have knowledge in various solution architectures, development methods and tools and you have worked several years with software development. You are up to date with modern technologies and architectures like Micro services, Pubic cloud, DevOps, Automation and Big data and actively develop your knowledge of technology trends and understanding of customer's business. However, ability to see the big picture of how to utilize modern technologies for the benefit of our customers business is more important than detailed knowledge of each technology. Selective candidate should have sound knwoledge around global delivery models and previous experience with large customer accounts is essential for this role.
Because you will be a business and technology thought leader we appreciate excellent local language (Swedish, advantage but not must) and English verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
You have a strong solution-oriented attitude and you believe in your abilities. You actively contribute and sell your insight and ideas and you want to grow into the role of "Application Services CTO (Chief Technology Officer)", both to the customers and internally in Tieto. You enjoy being close to the customers creating new and innovative concepts and designs for solutions. You are especially good at understanding the customer needs and creating a road map to turn them into solutions. Knowledge of estimation techniques and bid management process know-how is essential.
You have a positive and systematic approach and motivation to generate good quality and you enjoy beating challenges. You have good social skills and you have ability and willingness to work and co-operate in teams, and readiness to learn new things.
