How will you make an impact?
We currently have an opportunity for a Lead Labeling Expert within the Product Information team.
The team creates and updates product information in the form of User manuals, Directions for Use and Labels/Box prints. As the Lead labeling expert, you will work closely with other similar roles within the organization, securing a broad approach in labeling activities and management.
What will you do?
You will join a group of three people where your contribution and focus will be on leading process improvements and road map planning for the group.
Your forward focus and ability to see the big picture will help the group develop important strategies improving the way of working and securing timely deliveries.
In the role as Lead labeling expert, you will:
Exercise design responsibility for how the information is presented on our labels and box prints.
Be the SME and representative from Product Information in projects or activities that are related to labeling.
Work actively within IDD to drive clarity and set a vision, and ultimately, build one common shared roadmap for the article structure based on labeling requirements.
Be the link between Labeling and packaging strategy, design/layout, and the practical implementation in production.
Create and revise label/box prints.
Contribute to the creation of a design specification for labels and box prints.
Contribute to the teams' daily work and optimization of processes and workflows.
Prioritize, plan, follow up and report progress of activities.
What we are looking for
The role will suit you with leader qualities and who are flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations. You are a driven problem solver and an excellent collaborator, who provide clear communication and who are proactive in the way you work. You focus on the big picture and can analyze and re-prioritize tasks within short time frames depending on the organization's demands.
We are looking for a person who enjoys working with a mix of small and large tasks and activities, individually and in collaboration with others, both within the Product Information team and with colleagues from other groups.
Further, we are looking for someone who:
Has a university degree in packaging design/construction or the life science field (or equivalent).
Has a minimum of 5 years working experience.
Is proficient in Swedish and English (both written and oral).
Is a good collaborator with clear communication skills.
Is reliable, accurate and has an eye for details.
Has experience working in a cross functional environment.
Preferably has experience in leading activities in a project setting.
The role can be adjusted depending on the applicant's qualifications and the business needs.
