To one of our customer's regional office in Stockholm we are looking for a temporary consultant as Accounts Receivable, to join our Cash Management team. You will report to Head of Cash Management. The purpose of the role is to manage accounts Accounts Receivable process and reconciliation in accordance with the company policy.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for invoices issued in Great Britain and France. (Account Receivables in Europe is centralised to Stockholm)
• Daily posting of bank account entries in to our finance system (CODA).
• Credit control to keep the amount of overdue invoices down.
• Sending statements and reminders to customers.
• Close cooperation with Commercial team to solve outstanding issues.
• Close cooperation with Finance team in GB and FR.
• Prepare weekly 5 weeks cash flow forecast.

Profil
Skills, knowledge, experiences required:
• Finance exam (university exam not required)
• Accounting knowledge combined with experience (at least 2 years).
• Good knowledge and communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Good administration and systematic skills.
• Ability to work independent as well as in team.
• Ability to build good relations and form networks.
• Analytic skills
• Open and service minded.
