Klarna is very successful within financial solutions for e-commerce and we continue to grow rapidly. We have doubled both our sales and our staff every year since start, and we continue to launch both new products and markets. The expectation of our Business Controller unit is very high and we are now looking for yet another Business Controller within Risk.
The Risk department at Klarna provides the rest of the organization with essential risk analysis and you will play an important role in this department. We need to strengthen our organization with a business controller which will be reporting to our team Divisional Financial Planning & Analysis, but you will be located in our Risk department in order to ensure the quality between the Risk and the Business Analysis units. You will help us to increase the efficiency and the quality to an even greater extent and you will work as the coordinating link between these units.
You will be part of a team with young and highly motivated people. This team, as well as Klarna in general, is full of energetic, ambitious and hard working colleagues. Your role will be to support the Risk department with business analysis and work as a coordinator between the Risk- and the Business Analysis department. You will be responsible for the coordination and secure the quality of the reports, planning, forecasts, budgets and financial analysis between the risk team and other parts of the organization.
There is a great possibility to influence this role and form it as you please.
You need to coordinate and assure the quality in the reports that are produced by the Risk department, but you will also work as:
• Business Partner. Support the management with financial information and business analysis.
• Forecasting. Coordinate and deliver budget reports to Global FP&A in time. Also coordinate the forecasting process internally at the risk dept.
• Reporting. Point of contact and coordinating delivery reports to accountant. Discuss with Global FP&A when deviations and KPI analysis.
• Information and Communication. Work between the Risk dept and the rest of the organization in financial matters.
• Process development. Improve existing and develop new processes in order to optimize the routines.
You report directly to the Head of Business Analysis and are a part of the Divisional FP&A-organization. The position is placed at the Risk department and you will work closely with the risk department manager.
If you are the candidate we are looking for you have worked at least 3 years within Business Controlling. We assume and expect that you have experience of Finance and Risk.
You need to be used to a high paced environment and constant changes. We expect you to be analytical, structured and very methodological. You are independent and communicative.
