hela Sverige The Collection Department's primarily goal is to find consumer targeted solutions for the collection of receivables by answering consumer questions over phone. You will mainly handle outbound consumer calls but will also support the outsourced collection agencies. Your mission will be to find individual solutions together with each consumer to pay off their debt. You will also be a part of understanding why consumers within the UK market aren't paying their debts and what we can do at Klarna to improve this process.

Who are you?
You are an efficient, independent person with a consumer minded attitude who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization. As handling contacts via phone is a big part of your daily work - outbound calls with consumers as well as inbound calls to support the outsourced collection agencies - you need to have strong communication skills. We expect you to be fast and secure in making the right decisions while not being afraid to take own initiatives and to be able to create structure in this new role. You are fluent in English and you have previous experience from the UK market.
