We are recruiting for a Key Account Manager for Processing in Sweden responsible for our largest customer in Northern Europe. If you are the right candidate we can offer you a role with a lot of freedom and the ability to influence the strategic direction of the account in order to succesfully deliver the high grow possibilities and ongoing relationship.
Your main function is project and component sales and likely to travel approximately 60 days/year. Ideally located in the Lund area and working out of the Lund office, but working from home is also a possibility if you live further afield.
Main Responsibilities
• Sales of projects and components to one customer with production sites throughout Sweden
• With the Key Account Director work together with the different Business Units and Packaging to drive business, share information and influence the interactions with the account and potential new developments
• Budget responsibility for both New Sales and Technical Sales, coordinating with the Technical Sales team
• You will report to the Key Account Director Processing, with whom you set targets and develop co-operation models to bring as much value as possible to the joint business
• Together with a dedicated team you will be responsible for the daily activities and agreed actions with the overall purpose to grow the customer business and maximize profitability whilst maintaining a high customer satisfaction
• You will be responsible for the overall satisfaction and interaction with the customer through all parts of their business in Sweden including Supply Chain, Production, Marketing, NPD, R&D and Accounts
• You will work closely together with our Engineering team in order to understand, create, communicate, deliver new sales opportunities
• You will work in close cooperation with the Technical Service team to grow the TS&S business, maximise profitability and customer satisfaction
• By close involvement with the customer you will be responsible for providing the local organisation with regular information on the market development, new potentials and new business opportunities
• You will be responsible for effective opportunity management and accurate sales forecasting
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have at least 5 years of working experience from industry sales. You are a commercially driven person with excellent communication and sales skills (documented), which enable you to build and maintain an informal client network. You are a team player with strong customer focus. The ability to understand and convey the customer needs in to business opportunities is essential. Experience from working in other sales roles or roles with customer contact will be seen as a merit, preferable within the field of dairy and liquid food. You have a University degree and have an excellent command of English.
