We are now looking for a Key Account Manager who has what it takes to transform and further develop our business in line with our long-term strategies. For the right candidate this is a great challenge and window of opportunity.
The details
As Key Account Manager at Semcon, you are of course responsible for regular business development. The Key Account Manager will drive performance with full accountability for customer account financials, strategy, plan and delivery of the plan. The position requires a high level of multi-functional collaboration both internally and externally with customers' teams to drive financial performance and customer performance. The Key Account Manager will manage sales and business development efforts with cross-functional Semcon business development teams to deliver "win/win" results for both Semcon and the customer.
The person we are looking for should be a demonstrated professional who has a solid experience in business development and account management, with demonstrated skills in delivering on the following:
Build and maintain customer interactions and relationships Develop target setting and account strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams Identify and drive actions to improve bottom line Develop and execute negotiations
