Incluso is looking for a Key Account Manager for Tongyu Communication in Stockholm.

Position description, duties, and responsibilities

Key Account Manager:
The Key Account Manager position is the customer facing position that is directly responsible for developing and maintaining current customer account. Tongyu is one of the leading antenna manufacturers in the world, accessing the European market through radio vendor (OEM) sales and direct to operator sales. The main task for the Key Account Manager is to manage customer relationship and increase sales and new opportunities on the account (telecom customer).

Key functions and responsibilities:
Develop and maintain constant contact with the customer key decision makers
Help the organization to maintain effective communication to all levels of the customer
Organize the management level quarterly business reviews. Follow up with the customer forecasts and manage communication channel to Company 's operations in order to full fill the customer demand
Works always as the point of contact to anybody from the customer side
Lead RFP, RFI activities
Collaborate with marketing team in developing Tongyu visibility and maintain updated knowledge of company products and services
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience

Additional functions and responsibilities:
The Key Account Manager takes additional tasks and responsibilities as required to achieve company objectives. Tongyu is looking for an experienced account manager that can achieve results without daily direction. Some examples of expected behaviour and competencies include
Identifies what needs to be done. Communicates this effectively, and takes action to complete the actions or to secure necessary priority and resources
Plans and prioritizes tasks independently based on high level objectives
Gathers intelligence on customer needs and competition actions. Shares this effectively with the rest of the organization
Develops trust relationships with the customer to ensure they do not turn to competition
Has a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

Experience and Competencies:
These qualifying requirements are examples of characteristics that are expected to lead to success in the Key Account Manager position:
5+ years of experience in selling technical products/solutions to large organizations. Preferably wireless products.
Engineering or Product Management experience is a plus
Proven ability to develop and maintain new successful relationships
Self-initiative: Knows how to reach objectives. Does not require daily management to achieve results.
Extensive network of connections with the target customer is a plus
Communicates effectively with customers and with internal organization in creating solutions that lead to winning the customers
Experience with CRM tools and methods is a plus
Fluency in English is a requirement and knowledge in Swedish is a big advantage.

This is a full-time and permanent position with start as soon as possible.
