Since our current international KAM is changing position within Apsis we are looking for a talented and committed professional KAM to take his place.
In this position you will develop our largest international exsisting customers - focusing on long term development penetrating the organizations and their subsidiaries to find further potential. Another key objective in this position is to develop "sphere of influence" within the customer portfolio. You will be a key player in developing and managing our existing largest accounts thus expanding the Apsis market share and customer satisfaction in your portfolio.
The KAM - International Accounts position could be based at any of our european offices as long as you are able to work out of our Malmö HQ at least once a week. Role Description:
• Maintain and develop our largest regional/global accounts with a focus on customer success.
• Develop "sphere of influense" both vertical and horisontal within these organizations.
• Main objective is to make us the perfered supplyer at these large and international business groups and their subsidaries.
• Team up with a key customer coordinator that handles urgent customer specific operational practicalities.
• Build a strong internal network and work in close cooperation with our local sales teams and our export sales team.
• Discuss customers situation regarding digital marketing and email marketing and suggest solutions based on customers needs.
• Challenge customers with your deep understanding of their business and push their concept of how to become even more successful.
• Engage and develop a strong network with key influencers within the customer community.
• Independently identify upsell possibilities to existing customers and proactively search new opportunities within their organization (new units, new subsidiaries etc.
• This position will also require some new sales activities on identified Key prospects within the Nordics/Europe.
Skills, experiences and mindset:
• At least 3 yrs of international business development with multinational brands.
• Experience from solution selling.
• Used to communicate and negotiate with c-level managers.
• Well developed language skills in English, preferable with a second language, both verbal and written.
• Ability to setup and manage project plans within complex commercial/marketing and technical customer cases.
• Experience from the software industry of SaaS: Ecommerce, CMS, CRM, digital marketing etcetera.
• Technical interest and understanding is needed in this position.
• Willingness and an ability to travel > 50% of your working week.
• Apart from the ebove we also need you to be a holistic thinker, brave enough to challenge the customer. Analytical, self starter.
